Parent Community Group

I extend an invitation to all parents to attend our next PCG meeting for 2019 on Monday, 4 March at 6:30pm in the staffroom. This meeting is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) followed by a General Meeting.

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting will be:
  • The election of persons as members of the PCG Executive for the ensuing one-year period;
  • The presentation of an annual report by the PCG President of the 2018 events and happenings
  • Endorsement of the 2019 PCG Levy and tabling of audited 2018 financial reports

The PCG works closely together as a team and it is a wonderful way for families to feel part of the  school. Your PCG supports many school initiatives for your children and organises functions and activities that enhance the wonderful sense of school community that exists within the school.

Have you considered being a PCG Community Parent Rep (CPR)?
One of the many roles within the PCG is that of Community Parent Rep. Each year level requires at least two parents to be a CPR. You don’t have to have had any previous experience to do the role and new parents are more than welcome to volunteer for the role. Details of the role of the CPR are available by contacting the office and I would encourage each person to consider nominating and joining this invaluable group within our PCG.

I invite all parents to join us at our next PCG meeting and also to consider becoming a CPR, all with the knowledge that you are supporting your children and continuing the great work that has been done before.
